We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time without notice. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.
Our bulk party sunglasses are designed for personal use as accessories and party favors. They are not medical devices and should not be relied upon as substitutes for prescription or certified safety eyewear. UV400 ratings refer to lens UV-blocking capability and are provided in good faith based on manufacturer specifications.
Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen's color calibration. Frame dimensions are as stated in the product specifications.
By clicking "Buy Now" and completing checkout through Stripe, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed order prices are honored.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the point of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email upon successful payment. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at theteam@customersupport.care.
We ship to addresses across the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We accept returns on unopened, unused packs within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and reason for return. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frames & Sunglasses and Caruso Consulting Co Ltd provide this website and products on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
